We compared gene expression of Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 WT with strains showing overexpressed (NsiR4oex) or abolished (∆nsiR4) and re-estbalished (∆nsiR4::oex) NsiR4 expression. For each strain, 2 biological replicates were analyzed. All cultures were supplemented with 2 µM CuSO4 and after 12 hours samples were taken for RNA extraction.
