In this study MSK-Leuk1 cells established from a dysplastic leukoplakia lesion adjacent to a squamous cell carcinoma of the tongue were exposed to tobacco condensate for 0.5 hr, 3 hr, 6 hr, 12 hr and 24 hr, respectively and compared to untreated controls. Six biological replicates were used at each timepoint for each condition (Control or Tobacco Smoke treated).
