High-throughput chromosome conformation capture data analysis software tools
High-throughput chromosome conformation capture (Hi-C) is a method to identify chromatin interactions across an entire genome. More specifically, it is used to quantify interactions between genomic loci that occur in the 3-D space. In Hi-C analysis, interactions between all possible pairs of fragments are quantified simultaneously. Hi-C analysis software tools include data pre-processing and processing, quantification and data analysis, and annotation and data visualization.
