Temperature induced gene expression was detected in total bacterial RNA of V. parahaemolyticus. Five different temperatures (4°C, 15°C, 20°C, 37°C, 42°C) were used in at least 3 biological replicates (4 replicates for 37°C). Gene expression at 37°C was used for normalization.
