The open reading frame was identified using ORF Finder (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gorf/gorf.html) and the amino acid molecular weight was calculated by the SWISS-PROT (ExPASy server) program ‘Compute pI/Mw’ (http://au.expasy.org/). Sequence alignment and homology analysis was performed using Clustal X.
