Zebrafish embryos were irradiated at 5 Gy at 26 hours post fertilization in a Co-60 irradiator. At 120 hours post fertilization larvae were collected and processed for transcriptomic analysis to determine differences between control and radiation treatment (n=3 pools of ~50 larvae).
