[…] The complete 16S rRNA gene sequence (1509 bp) of strain NEAE-119 was aligned with the corresponding 16S rRNA sequences of the type strains of representative members of the genus Streptomyces retrieved from the GenBank, EMBL, DDBJ, and PDB databases by using BLAST program (http://blast.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Blast.cgi) [] and the software package MEGA4 version 2.1 [] was used for multiple alignment and phylogenetic analysis.
