We synchronized wild type (WT), drsh-1, ain-1 and daf-16 mutants raised them under normal conditions. The 2 day adult animals were transferred to the new plate with (Fed) or without food (Fasting). After 2 days incubation, we collected the animals and extracted total RNA and subject them to microarray.
