[…] The known P1B-ATPase protein sequences of most bacterial genomes used in our study were obtained from UniProtKB (http//www.uniprot.org/uniprot/). The whole set of bacterial P1B-ATPase sequences were aligned using ClustalW2 and the phylogenetic tree visualized with FigTree (http//tree.bio.ed.ac.uk/software/figtree/).
