We used Hi-C to identify assymetric structures (architectural stripes) genome-wide in vivo in forelimb and hindlimb tissue (Embryonic stage E11.5). Limb buds of ten embryos were pooled and, subsequently, three independent Hi-C libraries were generated and sequenced. We also used the Hi-C data to correlate the occurrence of architectural stripes with distinct chromatin states (determined with EpiCSeg, Mammana and Chung, 2015).
