Experimental Protocol


We examined transcriptomic changes of liver in normal diet-fed mice, CCl4-treated mice, western diet (WD)-fed mice and WD-fed and CCl4-treated mice at 12 weeks and 24 weeks. Also, we examined transcriptome of liver cancer which developed at 24 weeks in WD-fed and CCl4-treated mice. Liver samples were pooled from 4 indepedent mice.
