Ubiquitous expression of a dominant-negative, insulin-like receptor transgene was induced using GeneSwitch in adult Drosophila virgin males and females and compared to age-matched controls. Two female samples (InR_EtOH_F2, InR_RU486_F1) were not analyzed due to low coverage, and are not included here.
