Provides access to RNA-Seq data set including contigs length, nucleotide sequences, amino acid sequences, annotation, and expression values. Allium TDB provides an overview of transcriptome dynamics in the different tissues as well as the role of shallot saponin in the defense mechanism against Fusarium pathogens. It can facilitate future functional genetics studies and molecular marker development for Allium breeding.
