Online

A genome browser that includes mappings between genomic features and Affymetrix microarrays. Annmap supports Human, Mouse, Rat, S. pombe and S. cerevisiae genomes, and the Exon and Plus 2 arrays are supported (where applicable). The system supports the application of standard statistical techniques, prior to the use of genome scale annotation to provide gene-, transcript- and exon-level summaries and visualization tools.
