AUDENS

Obsolete

An open source tool for automated de novo peptide sequencing. AUDENS has a flexible preprocessing module which assigns relevances to putative b- or y-ions that are distinguished from all other peaks on the basis of a user-defined set of heuristics. The sequencing algorithm constructs a path through the MS/MS spectrum by dynamic programming, using the peak relevances to score each suggested sequence path.
