We utilized hematopoietic-tissue specific conditional Tet2/Nras double-mutant mice for our study and examined methylome of FACS-sorted LSK populations from WT, Tet2(-/-), Nras(G12D), non-leukemic Tet2(-/-) Nras(G12D), and leukemic Tet2(-/-) Nras(G12D) animals at 6 months of age. DNA was extracted using All Prep micro kit (Qiagen).
