To reveal the downstream genes of Bcl11b in the main olfactory epithelium (MOE), we analyzed the gene expression changes by loss-of-Bcl11b-function using conventional Bcl11b knockout (KO) mice. This dataset is gene expression comparison in the MOE between wild-type and Bcl11b KO mice at postnatal day 0. Total RNA was individually isolated from each whole MOE sample that was dissected from offspring of Bcl11b heterozygous KO female and male mice. There are five replicates for wild-type and six replicates for Bcl11b KO mice (Bcl11b KO contains two female).
