Nexus Expression

Helps to perform gene expression analysis. Nexus Expression provides an interface which allows to visualize and explore microarray or RNA-Seq data. The interface merges sample phenotypes with gene annotations and biological processes for gene regulation analysis. The software contains cancer-specific tools which include Cox-regression analysis to identify genes predictive of survival and generation of Kaplan-Meier (K-M) plots.
