Aims to solve the candidate selection problem. CAS starts by measuring the non-linear regulatory interactions by using mutual information (MI). It employs breakpoint detection to build a hypothesis test problem. This tool was designed to reduce the search space by restricting the neighbours of each node to a small candidate set. It provides enough flexibility to be extended in other fields.
