CBcalc

Allows users to detect words’ frequencies in a genetic text. CBcalc is an application existing as both a web application and a command-line software. The software offers the possibility to choose an approach among: Bernouilli model, maximum order Markov chain (Mmax), an extended Mmax or a non-Markovian method for calculation. Users also have the possibility to mix multiple approaches or to perform them simultaneously.
