Simplifies the analysis of complete chloroplast genomes. CGAP contains genome collection, visualization, content comparison, phylogeny analysis and annotation functions. It implements feature content comparison of chloroplast genomes but also an alignment-free method for the phylogenetic analysis. Each comparative and phylogenetic analysis using their own unpublished genomes can be customized by users.
