Gathers datasets dealing with ciliary genes. CiliaCarta records information about ciliary genes based on an analysis performed using a naive Bayesian integration. The repository is divided into: (i) the CiliaCarta table, including SYSCILIA Gold Standard resource, Gene Ontology (GO) annotated genes and predictions with experimental validation and (ii) the Bayesian integration table which compiles all datasets used for prediction. It can be used for candidate genes prioritization in whole exome or genome sequencing of ciliopathy patients.
