Provides a polyketide synthases (PKSs) database that specifically targets engineering applications. ClusterCAD is a web-based toolkit that offers substantial improvements over existing databases. It offers an intuitive interface for users to browse through the clusters in the database, as well as search tools developed to assist in the design of chimeric PKSs.
