Allows to search differences in co-expression between human and mouse. coexpressMAP facilitates inquiry into the differences and similarities of general co-expression relationships between the human and the mouse. The human–mouse gene expression matrix consists of 14 331 rows (each row represents a gene, in total 14 331 human–mouse orthologous gene pairs) and 6032 columns (3671 normal human samples and 2361 normal mouse samples).
