Allows users to analyze and explore large volumetric neuroscience data sets. ConnectomeExplorer is based on a powerful query algebra, that can be useful for users in connectomics research to answer some of their concrete questions. The variety of queries in conjunction with linked visualization views permit users to discover facts about different type of data.
