Allows users to determine pan-specific peptide-HLA-I binding. ConvMHC is a web application that employs a deep convolutional neural network (DCNN). Its interface consists of two mains panels that permits the submission of multiple peptide sequences and a HLA-I allele to finally visualize results through a result list panel. The program also permits users to identify the informative pixels captured by the DCNN on the transformed binding image-like array (ILA) data.
