Provides a platform for retrieving batches of coronavirus gene sequences. CoVDB is a web-based coronavirus database. The database contains annotated coronavirus genes and genomes, as well as commonly used bioinformatics tools for analysis of the sequence data. In addition to the two sequence retrieval pages, CoVDB collects information on coronavirus sequence characteristics, including (i) genome organization, (ii) a brief description on each complete coronavirus genome, (iii) GC content, (iv) polyprotein cleavage sites, (v) transcription regulatory sequences, (vi) acidic tandem repeat sequences, and (vii) known RNA structures.
