Allows users to correct sequencing errors in high-throughput short-read data. CUDA-EC is an algorithm based on the spectral alignment problem and uses a Bloom filter data structure to take advantage of the CUDA memory hierarchy. The software is also part of the NVIDIA Tesla Bio Workbench.
