A web application capable of generating and manipulating advanced differential networks by combining state-of-the-art inference reconstruction methods with random walk simulations. With D-Map, differential interaction networks can be used to identify important genes (nodes) implicated in the disease state, as well as to provide novel biological insights (union of edges) not identified using the conventional network inference approaches.
