Input data DAMA takes as input two files. The first describes the set of annotated sequences. For each domain, a line reports the sequence identifier, the domain identifier, start and end positions of the domain match on the probabilistic model used for annotation, start and end positions of the domain along the sequence. The second input file contains the list of known domain architectures.
