DarkHorse HGT Candidate Resource

Gathers information about explore HGT patterns for individual genes, genomes, or groups of genomes. DarkHouse includes simple selection tools for individual organisms or groups of organisms, and searches can be made by genome name, annotation keywords, protein sequence or lineage probability index (LPI) score. The database contains about 1456 bacterial and archaeal genomes.
