Collects and integrates various types of passenger mutations. dbCPM is a database that provides browsing, searching and data downloading functions to query detailed information on each passenger mutation. It offers supposed and experimentally supported passenger mutations that were manually curated from the published literature and were annotated with detailed basic information as well as the evidence information.
