Combines protein evolutionary information. DCTRF is a sequence-based approach for predicting Protein-Protein Interactions (PPIs) with Position-Specific Scoring Matrix (PSSM) and Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) via the Rotation Forest (RF) classifier. It achieves a high prediction accuracy. It can be a useful tool for proteomics research.
