I am trying to use the tool but the problem i face is that things are bit complex as i m new to Deep learning methods. First thing i would like to know in the paper author have described the feature extraction method but it would be better if they have provided the script that used by them to extract the features of the sequences.
2. Authors would have made simple for other users if they have given a script where person can just give their own training set , test set and final predictions will come. All the people don't have here deeper knowledge of Deep learning.
