Allows users to design protein and deimmunization algorithms. EpiSweep can assess tradeoffs between a protein’s immunogenic potential and its molecular function. It integrates validated immuno-informatics and structural modeling methods for identifying Pareto optimal designs. This tool optimizes variants making the best trade-offs, termed Pareto optimal. It can be useful for deimmunization of many different therapeutic candidates.
Identifies immunodominant regions in a given therapeutically important protein. Deimmunization is a web application that suggests amino-acid substitutions and creates non-immunogenic versions of the proteins. This method consists of a two -step process: 1) identification of immunogenic region and 2) evaluation of all analogs to identify those with decreased binding affinity and that do not affect neighboring peptides.
