[…] As previously described (Sarchielli et al., ), after fixation and permeabilization, cells were resuspended in PBS with 1% FBS and incubated with the following primary antibodies: anti-O4 mAb (1:100), anti-MAP2 pAb (1:100), anti-ChAT pAb (1:100) from Millipore; anti-GFAP mAb (1:100), anti-TrkA pAb (1:100) from Santa Cruz Biotechnology, followed by incubation with Alexa Fluor 488 goat anti-mouse IgM (1:200), Alexa Fluor 568 goat anti-rabbit or Alexa Fluor 488 goat anti-mouse IgG (H + L; 1:200) secondary antibodies from Molecular Probes, as appropriate.
