Distinguishes polypharmacology and negative drug reactions. ePlatton offers: (1) library design facility, (2) OMIM disease, KEGG pathway and SIDER drug adverse reaction conditional search and (3) global protein sequence and ligand cluster similarity search. It can be used to predict the target range of the compounds that users interest. This database assists researchers to deduce the degree of different tissues affected by the molecules that users interested.
