Experimental Protocol


The intestinal microbiome of zebrafish was manipulated either through removal and reintroduction or through removal and introduction of another specie's intestinal microbiome (goldfish). The diet was also manipulated, either maintaining the original zebrafish diet or switching to a goldfish diet.
