To better understand why multi-fractionated (MF - 3x8Gy) radiation regimen is better at synergizing with anti-CTLA4 compared to a single dose (SD) of 20Gy, we harvested TSA tumors 4 and 24 hours after completion of RT. Three tumors from each group were then subjected to RNA extraction and hybridization on Agilent array.
