[…] To identify the closest related sequence, obtained sequences were analyzed at the EzTaxon server (http://147.47.212.35:8080). For phylogenetic analysis, related sequences were retrieved from the database and multiple sequence alignment of sequences was carried out using the CLUSTAL W program available at http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/msa/clustalw2/. Unaligned sequences at the beginning and end of the alignment file were trimmed using DAMBE Ver. 5.2.9 (http:/www.dambe.bio.uottawa.ca) and the alignment file was converted to MEGA format. Phylogenetic trees were constructed using >1200 base pair aligned sequences by the neighbor joining method using Kimura 2 distances parameter in MEGA 4.0 package.
