To study the relationship between blood-derived iNSCs with their parental blood cells and human pluripotent stem cell (hPSC)-derived conterparts, we selected 2 adult peripheral blood cell-derived iNSC (PB-iNSC) lines, 3 neonatal cord blood cell-derived iNSC (CB-iNSC) lines, 2 hPSC-derived small molecule-induced neural progenitor cell (smNPC) lines, 2 hPSC-derived long-term neuroepithelium stem cell (lt-NES) lines, 1 adult peripheral blood cell sample, 1 neonatal cord blood cell sample. We analyzed their global gene expression profiles via HumanHT-12 v4 Expression BeadChip Kit.
