Online

Permits family-free gene order analysis. FFGC is able to calculate local sequence alignment scores between genes of two or more gene order sequences. It can relate genes amongst themselves and highlights their relationships. This tool includes parameter values in folder names for all steps of the workflow. It allows simultaneous execution, allocation, and simple maintenance of generated data from different analyses.
