Predicts protein-RNA interface residues. FastRNABindR does not restrict the number of proteins to submit. It accepts up to 500 proteins per submission and returns prediction results within approximately an hour. The tool has shown high area under ROC curve (AUC) on both cross-validation data and independent test data. It requires generation of position-specific scoring matrix (PSSM) profiles for query sequences.
