Online

Determines the anisotropy tensors related to PCSs and RDCs. FANTEN allows the users to determine the anisotropy tensors through a joint analysis of these restraints. It can be used to predict PCS and RDC data from the coordinates of the protein structure and the anisotropy tensor either provided as input or determined from the available data. FANTEN has been made freely available through the WeNMR gateway.
