FuncTree

Online

Maps omics data onto a predefined circular dendrogram called the “Functional Tree map”. FuncTree allows user to overview the broad functionality of their data, for a more accurate and comprehensive understanding of the omics information. It computes statistically enriched functions of the data by comparing it to other predefined omics data. The tool can analyse and visually represent key functional feature of the omics data.
