GFD-Net

Online

Aims to analyze gene networks according to the network topology. GFD-Net is a Cytoscape application that can analyze a gene network based on Gene Ontology (GO) and calculate a quantitative measure of its functional dissimilarity. The selection of a functionality for each gene is made thanks to the term depth and path length concepts.
