Incorporates mass spectrometry experiment data from disparate sources. Then, it can organize them into a uniformed format for users to share. GlycomicsDB offers the possibility for collaborating researchers to access and manage the shared glycomics data in a systematic manner within a single resource. It can handle raw mass spectral data and glycan structures in a systematic and integrated way and it provides a user-friendly interface to create, edit and manage glycan structures as 3D models as well as 2D diagrams.
