Serves to the network-based boosting of human GWAS (genome-wide association studies) data. GWAB is a web server which reprioritizes candidate disease genes by integrating the GWAS and network data. It can boosted only genes that are included in the network. This tool is used to retrieve disease-associated reference genes. GWAB offers a feasible method to boost such associations for human disease genetics.
