Homologous Cluster of MicroRNA Target Interactions HomoloMTI

Extents the concept of finding miRNA target sites in conserved sequences among multiple orthologous species, integrated three databases, miRTarBase, miRBase and HomoloGene. HomoloMTI reveals the miRNA target interactions that might be shared in homologous genes. It uses valid MTI to find homologous genes and miRNA. The homologous MTIs profiles could reveal the homologous genes regulated by miRNA with experimental validation in one of the homologous genes and predicted miRNA target interactions.
