IMOD is designed for observing data from tomographic, serial section, and optical section reconstructions. Moreover, this program is also able to measure areas, volumes, and contour lengths, and to count objects of any model class.
Provides a simulation tool for bimolecular modelling of continuum mechanics simulations of proteins and other globular macromolecules. FFEA models complex biological systems as 3D volumes comprised of tetrahedrons and not as collection of connected atoms. This software contains several modules to enable basic visualization and analysis of FFEA simulation trajectories as well as a visualization plugin suited for the Pymol software. A full downloadable application programming interface (API) is also available in the overall package.
